Data Scientist (m/w/d)

Among our target groups are all companies that record their communication, especially contact centers, financial institutions, and public-safety organizations.
We are continuously expanding our team and are currently looking for a Data Scientist.
You are responsible for the development of data processing and mining processes and the application of those processes in ASC’s solutions implementing AI technologies.
Tasks

Gathering information from different data sources in close collaboration with our partners and customers

Comprehension of business processes and identification of automation and improvement opportunities

Application of statistical and analytical methods for data analysis of structured and unstructured data

Deployment of AI tools for the automation of processes and the development of solutions

Delivering statistical analyses and combining different algorithms for pattern recognition

Elaboration of high-quality predictive systems to be integrated into our products
Profile

Practical experience with data science tools and data science software development

Strong presentation skills to visualize data and insights to technical and non-technical target groups

Collaboration with team members and executives for joint strategy development

Very good English skills are essential
